The hub exists primarily as an ADR network.

We carry classes 1.4S (limited), 2, 3, 4, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8 and 9, plus complementary non-hazardous goods. We do not carry classes 1 (most), 6.2 or 7, nor fireworks, waste products or non-networkable goods such as cyanides. We don’t carry food products except those falling under ADR (eg additives) or food not for human consumption. We specialize in Dangerous Goods Transport.

 

Pallets / Parcels

A guide to pallet sizes.

Full pallets are delivered to a max weight of 1.25T (1T maximum for tail lift deliveries) and dimensions of 1.2m x 1.2m base and 2.2m high.

Half-pallets to 500kg and 1.2m high.

*New From Jan 1st 2026* Quarter pallets to 250kg and 0.6m high

There is a parcel service for items up to 25kg and maximum dimensions of 40x40x40cm

Over-sized pallets can be accommodated.

Service Levels

Our Next Day and Economy Service Levels.

The basic Hazchem service is next day, meaning that all but the remotest parts of mainland Great Britain are delivered within 24 hours of collection. We also offer an economy service where all areas are delivered within 48/72 hours. Members offer a range of additional services, over and above simple next-day delivery. We can accommodate timed services, booked in, AM & PM,tail-lift deliveries, small vehicle jobs and FORS.

 

Consignees / Geography

Areas covered by our network.

The network serves all of the UK and Ireland, including offshore islands, plus 27 European countries. Protocols for inputting (IT, labels, dimensions, etc) are standard for all areas. An IMDG shipping note must be prepared for any freight going over water. The Network is primarily a business-to-business network. We do not deliver pallets to residential addresses.
