Every region of the UK and Eire is covered by a local specialist, offering delivery, collection and overnight handling of pallets and parcels with 100% ADR compliance and >98% OTIF service. Many of our members have thrived and grown with us from our earliest days.
Finding A Member
To access the Hazchem Network you must contract with a member – only members can input to the Hazchem hub.

Becoming A Member
Laura Brown is our Network Development Manager and handles all member enquiries.
Membership comes with certain obligations (see requirements), and offers access to a unique service in a well-defined niche. All members can use our Hazchem Emergency Response Service (HERS). Talk to Laura to discuss requirements and opportunities.
Member Requirements
All members are audited to ensure they meet the required standards.
We operate to RHA terms and members must provide a high service, with ADR trunking and local delivery/collections. IT is accessed via our Vigo system in the cloud and members must have trunk scanning as well as Digital Signature Capture at the drop-point. Members must have a DGSA and be able to demonstrate high standards for the safe handling of dangerous goods.
The Hazchem Emergency Response Scheme
Both Hazchem members and their customers are covered by HERS
As part of their membership of the Hazchem Network all our members and their customers are covered by the Hazchem Emergency Response Scheme (HERS) , A rapid response service to incidents with 24-hour chemist back-up and specialist vehicles. Levels I-III. A joint venture between NCEC, Ambipar Response, OAMPS Hazardous Industries and The Hazchem Network.
